1- Preamble

We are pleased to welcome you on our site www.lingerie-extreme.com.

These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the Company "Intimeshop" and any person making a purchase via the website www.lingerie-extreme.com. 

These Terms and conditions are accessible by any user on the site www.lingerie-extreme.com (hereinafter the "Site"). These general conditions of sale can be subject to change, the conditions applicable are those in effect on the Site at the time of placing your order.

2- Placing an order 

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or holds parental permission to perform a commad on the Site.

3- Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT) but exclude the cost of processing and shipping.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.

Retention of property: the products remain the property of Intimeshop until full payment is received.

For orders to countries other than France, you are the importer of the product concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price will be automatically calculated free of tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights are not within the jurisdiction of Intimeshop. They are your responsibility and are your sole responsibility in terms of returns and payments to the authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inform you to your local authorities regarding these issues.

4- Order

Orders are placed on the site www.lingerie-extreme.com

Contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed with all the contractual information at or before the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

5- Validation

You declare to have read and accept these terms and conditions before placing your order. The checkout process is acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded on site are not proof of all transactions. Similarly, data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

6- Product availability

You'll receive a mail for any order. This confirms that your order has been registered by Lingerie Extreme and not that the product is available. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In this case, information on the availability of products are provided at the time of placing your order. This information comes directly from our suppliers, therefore errors or changes are beyond our control. In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

7- Delivery

The products are delivered to the address you specified during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the usual processing time of shipment, plus the transit time. In case of items shipped on different dates due to their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time. Intimeshop however, reserves the right to split deliveries. The participation fee for processing and shipping will be charged for one shipment.

 For reasons of discretion and respect for our customers, we will not affix any distinguishing mark on the package to reveal the nature of the object sent.

8- Payment and Security

Payment for purchases can be made by:

  - Check.
  - Bank Transfer.
  - Credit card: Visa and Mastercard via PayPal secure payment system.
  - Directly from your PayPal account by entering your username and password.

The debit of the card is carried out immediately after confirmation of your order.

The confidential data (card number, expiration date and coded,....) are transmitted directly to the highly secure PayPal server and are not sent at any time to our server.

9- Money back

You have a period of 7 days (in accordance with applicable law) after receipt to return the product that does not suit. The shipping and return will be at your expense. Only the amount of the product purchased will be refunded. The returns should be sent to:

They will be accompanied by the invoice and delivery order. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be resumed. Also, items used (clothing worn) won't be accepted.

Weare committed to exchange items that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant). In this case we kindly ask you to report in detail on the invoice and send us the product back. Intimehop will exchange the product or products.

10- Products compliance

The products apparently defective, damaged, corrupted, or does not match your application will be refunded. We will ask you to make a detailed statement in writing and send us the product. The request must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. We then proceed to a refund of the product in question upon receipt of the latter. The refund will be made through PayPal.

No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

11- Responsibility

The products are conform to French legislation in force and standards applicable in France. The photographs, text, graphics information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, Lingerie Extreme is not responsible for any error or omission in any of these photographs, text or graphics information and characteristics of products or in case of changing the characteristics of products by suppliers. Of course for any questions on products please contact our customer service.

Intimeshop can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport or communications, flood , fire. In any event, any delay in delivery can lead to damages, withholding or cancellation of orders.

Intimeshop is not be liable for all damages because of this, business interruption, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or expenses.

The products are conform to Irisish legislation in force. The responsibility of Intimeshop can not be held liable for non compliance of the country where the goods are delivered (prohibition of a title or a type of article ...). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibility to import or use of products or services that you plan to order.

12- Intellectual Propriety

All texts, commentaries, books, illustrations and images reproduced on the Site are protected under copyright law, trademark law, patent law and image rights, for the world. They are the full property of Lingerie Extreme.

For this reason, and in accordance with the Code of intellectual property law, only use it for private use. Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under the intellectual property without prior authorization of  Lingerie Extreme. Reproduction in whole or part of the catalog of the Site is strictly prohibited.

14- Law - litigation

Responsibility of Lingerie Extreme is in any case limited to the amount of order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.

Lingerie Extreme can not be held liable to any member or any third party for any indirect, of any operating loss, profit or turnover, occurring in any manner whatsoever, even if such harm or such loss or damage was foreseeable by Lingerie Extreme, or if the event had been brought to its attention.

15- Privacy Policy

Intimeshop agrees not to disclose to third parties the information provided by members on the site. These are confidential. It will only be used by our internal departments for processing your order and to customize and enhance communication including letters / emails and information as part of the personalization of the Site in accordance with the preferences of users found.

Intimeshop may also provide consolidated statistics on its members, sales, trading patterns and related site information to the trusted third party, but these statistics will include no personal data.
